I am leading anyone who is interested in joining through every cleanse currently published in the Medical Medium® book series.
There is no cost to join. These workshops and all of the materials are FREE. If you are able, there is an option to donate to support Nathan’s work.

January 30 - February 26 — Sweet Potato Challenge: Two sweet potatoes per day for one week followed by one sweet potato per day for three more weeks.
April 14 - April 20 — Red Clover Challenge: Three cups of red clover tea per day for five days straight.
April 21 - April 27 — Aloe Vera Shock Therapy: 2-4 inches of fresh aloe vera gel every 2-4 waking hours for one week.
May 1 - May 31 — Asparagus Challenge: One bunch of asparagus every day for the entire month of April or May.
June 9 - June 15 — Kiwi Challenge: 3 kiwis per day at 9am, 12pm, and 3pm for one week.
